Year-round Marked For Life Ministries feeds thousands of DeKalb County residents through Deliver Hope Projects. We know that during this Thanksgiving season, many DeKalb County neighbors will go hungry without the help of a caring community. In a labor of love, Marked For Life Ministries hosted a Thanksgiving Drive Thru Give Away on November 19, 2022.
Through the partnership of local churches, industry, and individuals we feed over 1,500 neighbors this Thanksgiving. So many people came together for this one common goal of feeding the hungry.
“The need this year is greater than ever before," said Logan, Executive Director for Marked For Life, which is hosting its annual Baskets of Blessings Program.
Each basket fed a family of four with a turkey and all the trimmings, plus dessert. This year Marked For Life will provided three hundred baskets feeding nearly 1,200 neighbors along with hot meals totaling up to over 1,500 meals for the neighbors of our community.
