CRISIS SERVICES THAT LEAD TO TRUE CHANGE.
Our Crisis Resolution programs empower those facing homelessness, addiction, and food insecurity. Through active participation, we provide dignified pathways to address essential needs such as food and clothing. This transformative approach includes participents partnering with The Hope Center for task such as cooking, sorting clothes, and serving our community.
This model ensures we focus on maintaining dignity while addressing immediate needs, guiding individuals towards better opportunities. These challenges catalyze change, breaking the cycle of poverty's grip and reigniting self-worth. This process rewrites negative internal narratives that fuel the cycle of poverty.
Your support benefits DeKalb County immensely. In 2022, our 24/7 Crisis Line answered 8,000 calls, while the Hope Center aided those struggling with homelessness, addiction, and food insecurity. Our services offer lasting healing by connecting each person with a dedicated care team, collectively rebuilding lives.

PLATES RATHER THAN LANDFILLS.
Through our steadfast commitment to reducing food waste, we've forged impactful partnerships with local eateries and retailers via Marked For Life. These collaborative efforts have yielded consistent food rescues, channeling nourishment to stock our crisis center pantry. What's more, this life-saving resource extends its reach to benefit seven other organizations within our county.
In the year 2022 alone, an astounding 50,000 pounds of food were salvaged from the brink of waste. This remarkable accomplishment isn't just about preventing waste; it's about transforming surplus into sustenance for those in need. It's a testament to our unwavering dedication to creating a positive impact in our community by ensuring that every morsel counts.
